Gift reminders
If you set a gift reminder, we store your email address, your name if you fill it in, the occasion and the date. We use these only to send one reminder seven days before that date, after you confirm your address. Every reminder email has an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Personal gift recordings
Personal photos, audio and video are kept until 30 days after the gift expires. They are blocked immediately when withdrawn and deleted within 24 hours. The message, names and chosen design are kept until 90 days after expiry. Technical access protection data is kept for no more than 24 hours.

We use information to respond to inquiries, provide support, send communications (with consent), improve our services, and meet legal requirements.
