The questions below decide whether an order is workable. They are answered here in full, not hidden in a folded list at the bottom of the page.
How do I order in bulk?
You send a quote request with the quantity, the amount per card and the delivery date. You then get personal contact with an account manager who confirms the order and the delivery. Ordering hundreds of cards does not go through the consumer checkout.
Do I get one invoice?
Yes. A bulk order is settled on one invoice, whatever the number of cards and whatever the mix of digital and printed. You do not receive a payment confirmation per card.
Can you deliver digital and printed in one order?
Yes. Digital cards go out by email to the addresses you supply, or to you in one file so that you distribute them yourself. Printed cards are delivered to one address. Both formats can sit in the same order and on the same invoice.
Can delivery be spread over time?
Yes. Many companies order once a year and want the cards released across the year, for anniversaries or for a monthly award. Tell us the schedule in the quote request and we agree the delivery moments with you.
What happens to a card that is never used?
A card is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase and holds its value during that period. An unused card is not refunded in cash, so with a large order it is worth choosing an amount your recipients will actually spend.
How does VAT appear on the invoice?
A gift card is a voucher, not a hotel night. The invoice shows the value of the cards, and where VAT applies to the fee it is stated separately, so your bookkeeping can process it. Ask your account manager for a sample invoice if you want to check the layout first.
Can I add our own message or house style?
A personal message can be added to the card, so the recipient reads your words instead of a standard line. Anything further in your own house style is a question for the account manager, because what is possible depends on the format and the quantity.
The business portal
We are building a business portal at the moment. It is being built from cadeauservice.nl and will later move to gift.cards, so that there is one portal worldwide instead of one per country.
It is not live yet, so there is nothing to log in to on this page. Everything you read here is arranged through the quote request, with a person on the other side.
The gift box, part of that portal
The idea is straightforward: your company keeps physical cards in stock at the office. Someone has a work anniversary, closes a deal or is leaving, and you take a card out of the drawer, load it with the amount you choose and hand it over the same day.
This runs through the portal that is being built, so it is a proposition to talk about, not something you can order today. If it sounds like the way you would want to work, put it in the quote request and we will discuss it.
No prices or delivery times for the gift box yet, because that is decided together with the portal.
