HotelCheque provides hotel gift card services. Bookings are processed through our official booking platform.
Gift card terms
HotelCheque cards are subject to specific terms. Cards cannot be exchanged for cash, have a validity period, and must be redeemed through the official platform.
Service fee
A service fee applies when you book on the booking platform. The fee is charged on top of the booking price and is not deducted from your HotelCheque balance, so the full value of your card stays available as hotel value.
Intellectual property
All content including text, graphics, and logos is protected. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.
Limitation of liability
HotelCheque is not liable for indirect damages. We do not guarantee complete accuracy of information.
Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes are subject to appropriate jurisdiction.
